She went on to complete her FCAMPT training and has been active as an instructor and mentor within the Orthopedic Division since then. She is a co-owner and practitioner at Treloar Physiotherapy in Vancouver where she is involved with mentorship and management of the physical therapy team. Yvonne sits on the PABC Education Committee and is the Chair of the Orthopedic Division Adjunct Education Committee. Yvonne is committed to lifelong learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a class=\"greenBtn\" href=\"mailto:adjuncteducation@orthodiv.org\">EMAIL<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"leftAlign alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orthodiv.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/adjunct-patrick-quimio.jpg\" width=\"163\" \/> Patrick Quimio<\/h3>\n<h4>Chair-Elect<\/h4>\n<p>Originally from Manitoba, Patrick completed his B.Kin. at the UofM, moved across the country to complete his M.Sc.PT at UofT, and moved across the country again and now resides and practices out of Treloar Physiotherapy in Vancouver BC. Along with his involvement with the Adjunct Education Committee, he has been a part of local\/national committee work with the MB\/BC provincial Colleges and Associations, as well as holding position of Chair for the BC Section of NOD.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from clinical work, he enjoys dabbling in clinical education. Having instructed for 5 clinical placements in Winnipeg and 2 clinical in Vancouver, he has a clinical faculty appointment with UBC at the rank of Clinical Instructor as well. Always a busy bee, Patrick enjoys involving himself with the profession in multiple avenues.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"leftAlign alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orthodiv.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/adjunct-shaun-lapenskie.jpg\" width=\"163\" \/> Shaun Lapenskie<\/h3>\n<p>Shaun graduated from the Physiotherapy Program at the University of Western Ontario in 1997, and in 2000 completed a Masters degree at Curtin University in Perth, Australia in the area of orthopaedic physiotherapy. In 2013, he completed a post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy through the EIM Institute of Health Professions in the United States, with a focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.<\/p>\n<p>Shaun served six years on the executive (two as president) and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists. He is an adjunct lecturer in the Physiotherapy program at the University of Toronto, where he facilitates with the Interdisciplinary Pain Curriculum. He has served as the Chair of the Manual Therapy Steering Committee of the CPA and is currently a member of the Adjunct Education Committee of the Orthopaedic Division.<\/p>\n<p>Shaun\u2019s treatment approach focuses heavily on patient education and giving people the tools to help themselves. Hands-on manual therapy, specifically-tailored active exercise and acupuncture all feature prominently in his treatment approach.<\/p>\n<p>When not working, he&#8217;s busy helping to run the Huronia Symphony Orchestra or mountain biking.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"leftAlign alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orthodiv.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/adjunct-jill-robertson.jpg\" width=\"163\" \/> Jill Robertson<\/h3>\n<p>Jill has been on the Adjunct Education Committee (AEC) since its inception in 2019. Since 1991, Jill has been involved in Orthopaedic Division committees including the Nova Scotia provincial chair, CAMPT treasurer and chair, and NOD treasurer and chair. Jill is a Lead Examiner and instructor in the AIM program. Jill graduated from Dalhousie University in 1987 (BScPT) and 2001 (MScPT). Jill loves to gain knowledge and more importantly share knowledge hence her involvement in the AEC.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"leftAlign alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orthodiv.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/adjunct-yaara-eilon-avigdor.jpg\" width=\"163\" \/> Yaara Eilon-Avigdor<\/h3>\n<p>A graduate of Tel-Aviv University, Yaara continued to complete a Clinical Masters in Physiotherapy (with focus on Manual Therapy) from The University of Western Ontario. She has continued to further her education with vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management and diagnostic imaging.<\/p>\n<p>Along with clinical practice, Yaara is involved with the National Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association as an instructor and facilitator of manual therapy courses.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"leftAlign alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orthodiv.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/adjunct-eve-chaput.jpg\" width=\"163\" \/> \u00c8ve Chaput<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c8ve Chaput d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at en orthophonie et physioth\u00e9rapie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al et une ma\u00eetrise clinique en \u00ab\u00a0Manipulative physiotherapy\u00a0\u00bb de Western University lui ayant octroy\u00e9 le titre de FCAMPT. En plus de son travail de clinicienne et propri\u00e9taire de la clinique Kinatex Plateau, elle enseigne \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al et \u00e0 Western University, pour la Division Orthop\u00e9dique et a co-cr\u00e9\u00e9 ses propres cours de formation post-gradu\u00e9e sur l\u2019ATM, les acouph\u00e8nes somatosensoriels et la prise en charge optimale des patients. \u00c8ve a publi\u00e9 des articles sur l\u2019ATM, l\u2019histoire de la th\u00e9rapie manuelle et la pratique fond\u00e9e sur les \u00e9vidences, elle est membre du comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9ducation de Kinatex et du comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9ducation adjoint de la DO et a re\u00e7u le titre de Fellow de l\u2019Ordre professionnel de la physioth\u00e9rapie et le prix Carol Kennedy d\u2019excellence en enseignement.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Erin Cox<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Philip Ruiz<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yvonne Lynch Chair Yvonne Lynch graduated with a B.Sc in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Physical Therapy from UBC.
