The Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic is renowned for excellence in sport and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Our interdisciplinary team assesses and treats tens of thousands of clients per year in a state of the art clinic at the Edmonton Kaye Centre on the University of Alberta campus.
Our team consists of physical therapists, sports medicine physicians, orthopedic surgeons, massage therapists, kinesiologists, neurologists, neuropsychologists, orthotists, LPNs, and administrators. The clinic has been in operation for over thirty years with a focus of clinical excellence, applied research, and providing a nurturing learning environment for our future clinicians in physical therapy, kinesiology and medicine.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated therapist who can integrate within our current team of physiotherapists and collaborate within our larger interdisciplinary team. The successful applicant will have access to cutting edge equipment and facilities to provide the best possible care for each client. She/he will also have the potential to work within our interdisciplinary teams working alongside sports physicians and surgeons.
In addition, we have recently opened the Green and Gold Sport Physiotherapy clinic at the Saville Community Sports Centre offering performance, games coverage and return to sport activities.
Our physiotherapists are extremely passionate and committed to professional development and delivering high quality evidence-based care. As a member of the team, you will be contributing to a rich learning environment embedded within a world class University campus.
