Full Time Physiotherapist

Start Line is a group of Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Kinesiologists, and Registered Massage Therapists who offer one-on-one treatment sessions in private treatment rooms. Start Line has been a leading multi-disciplinary clinic in the sunny Cowichan Valley for over 10 years with an unparalleled reputation, a strong physician referral source and excellent community relationships.

Start Line and its patients value quality treatment with 45-60 minute initial assessment times and 30 minute follow up appointments. A full case load will grow quickly with regular referrals from outside of the clinic and frequent referrals from within the clinic. We pride ourselves in the quality of our treatment approach as a group and strive to continue to offer the best care possible through ongoing learning in the form of regular group in-services, one-on-one coaching sessions, and brining in professionals for further skill development and learning.

We offer competitive wage/profit sharing to candidates and mentorship is available to all new graduates. An education allowance is available for all therapists. We also have a group benefit plan available to all full time employees.
