Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is a group of physiotherapist-owned clinics with a 20+ year history providing excellent care.
If you want to be surrounded by leaders in areas like orthopaedic/manual therapy, sports, concussion and pelvic physiotherapy – we are a fit! We currently have a position available for a full time Pelvic Physiotherapist for our Bullfrog Mall clinic.

• At EPA, we believe in the continuous growth of our physiotherapist where clinical mentorship and education are intertwined with the goal of delivering evidence-based client care to ensure that every client of EPA achieves their unique goals.
• With a network of over 45 experienced Physiotherapists across our 10 clinic locations, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate and receive support in enhancing your skills as a Physiotherapist.
• Foundational rounds lead by FCAMPT, Sport and Orthopaedic Clinical leaders, providing a strong foundation in orthopaedics
• Collaborative rounds guided by our team following unique courses, community experts and more
• Pelvic Physiotherapy and Concussion rounds facilitated by our in house seasoned Clinical leads
• Emerging Leaders rounds facilitated by leaders in our organization designed to help you enhance your leadership, customer service and team collaboration skills
• New grad rounds, fondly known as “a joint in a nutshell” where you’ll gain clinical insights, tidbits and knowledge for treating our common joints from experienced physiotherapists
• OCE paid prep sessions to help you prepare for the national exam including mock exam with individualized feedback and coaching.
• Assigned 1:1 supervisor who are paid to help you. You don’t need to ask for help, they are paid to meet with you to review charts, brainstorm treatment plans and help build necessary hours for AIM/FCAMPT exams
• We will help you build your confidence in building your caseload to ensure that you are providing evidence-based care so your clients can achieve their goals!
What we offer you?
• Progressive Pay model that ranges from $34-85/hour, supplemented by percentage based split top up bonuses. This includes vacation pay that increases with company loyalty and paid statutory and sick time
• 4 weeks of a guaranteed salary.
• A $2,000 Flex Benefit allowance per year for educational courses and medical expenses
• $150 annual fitness allowance, opportunity to participate in the company pension plan, group benefits plan
• Gradual build to full schedule.
• 5 60 minutes assessments per week
• A marketing campaign that readily generates 2-3 new clients per shift
