•OCE paid prep sessions to help you prepare for the national exam.You’ll have an assigned 1:1 supervisor, paid to assist you in chart review, treatment planning, and AIM/FCAMPT exam hours. We guide you in caseload management and confidence to provide evidence based care.
What we offer:
•Progressive hourly pay model from $34-85/hour, supplemented by percentage-based split top-up bonuses. Start with 4 weeks of guaranteed salary
•$2,000 Flex Benefit allowance for courses and medical expenses.
•Perks – $150 annual fitness allowance, company pension plan, and group benefits at year 3
•Gradual build to full physio schedule, our seasoned physios on avg treat 1.9 clients/hour. As a new grad, you won’t hit the avg of 2.5 for ~3 months
•5-60 min assessments per week, avg 1.5 client/hour

•A strong marketing campaign generating new clients and strong connection with local physicians and allied health professionals.
