Course Content

Although rare, serious adverse events (SAEs) following cervical spine manipulation and mobilization have been described in literature. To assess a potential vasculogenic contribution, up-to-date knowledge is important. Positional testing for everyone is no longer the standard of care. Effective evidence based clinical reasoning through patient history and physical examination is needed to optimize safety in planning treatment for people with neck pain, headache of orofacial symptoms.
