Full Time Physiotherapist for Orthopaedic & Sports Clinic!

Physio First Lakeshore is a multidisciplinary health clinic that is owned and operated by a Physiotherapist and an Orthopaedic Surgeon. In addition to this, our team also includes Registered Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists and an Osteopath. Focusing and offering one-to-one, high quality patient-centered care, we emphasize manual therapy, individualized exercises and patient education during treatment sessions.

We have a well-established neighbourhood reputation and a great patient referral base from orthopaedic surgeons and physicians located in the west end of Toronto and Etobicoke. There is a high demand for assessments! Of note, we have a large caseload of pre and post op ACL patients, a true pleasure to work with given their athleticism, motivation and desire to return to sport!

We also offer Custom Knee Brace services for ACL and knee OA patients. Training, ongoing support and a very generous compensation is provided to learn how to measure and fit custom knee braces to your patients when appropriate.

• Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy; learn how to use and implement BFR in your treatment plans
• Full administrative support using Jane App from a very talented front desk staff. Remote access for charting, online booking and management of schedule is available.
• The use of Physitrack; a platform integrated into Jane App to design and send high-quality home exercise programs for your patients

Professional requirements;
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario in good standing
• Licensed malpractice insurance

Experienced practitioners and new grads are welcome to apply. Pursuit of post graduate manual therapy, acupuncture, pelvic health, vestibular and concussion courses is an asset.
