Registration closes: September 15th, 2026

Registration deadlines are in place to ensure the integrity of the course being offered. Therefore, a $50 late fee will be applied to any student who wishes to register once the registration deadline date has passed.

Attendance is mandatory. If you are aware of days you may miss, please reach out before registering to determine if individual arrangements are possible!

Course Cost

$1836.25.00 ($1625 + $211.25 H.S.T.) (Orthopaedic Division Member)
$2090.50 ($1850 + $240.50 H.S.T.) (CPA Member)
$2231.75 ($1975 + $256.75 H.S.T.) (Non-Member)

Registration will be refunded in full if the course is cancelled by the participant more than a month prior to the start of the course, less a $25.00 admin fee.
A $250.00 cancellation fee applies if you cancel your registration within a month of the start of the course.
Once the course has started no refund can be issued.

** Proof of completion of Level 2 Lower is required to begin the course. Please be able to produce the certificate upon request, but you do not need to bring to class.
