Reg. Physiotherapist (Part-time)
For over 20 years, MedCAiRE Health-Sports has provided personalized healthcare, rehabilitation, and performance-focused services. Our multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapy, Osteopathic Manual Practice, Athletic Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Nurse Practitioner-led medical care.

About the Position
We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong interest in orthopaedic, sports, and functional rehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate combines manual therapy with individualized exercise prescription, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and patient education. You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while collaborating with experienced rehabilitation and medical practitioners. Advanced orthopaedic training and progression toward FCAMPT designation are considered strong assets.

Responsibilities
– Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional assessments
– Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, Maintain accurate clinical documentation
– Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
– Design progressive rehabilitation and return-to-sport/activity programs
– Incorporate strength and conditioning principles where appropriate
– Collaborate with physiotherapists, therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals
– Maintain professional standards and evidence-based best practices
Qualifications
– Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
– Proficiency in manual therapy, including joint mobilization and soft-tissue techniques
– Additional training through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is preferred or FCAMPT is an asset
– Additional training in concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ therapy, pelvic health, or related areas is an asset, Experience working within a multidisciplinary setting is preferred
– Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills
