Note from the editors: Chronic low back pain is one of the most common conditions seen in a private practice physiotherapy clinic. In many cases, our patients have tried many different treatments to help resolve their back pain which can leave newer clinicians feeling stuck on what to do next. Our intention which this issue is to offer a framework to help guide a clinician through an approach to chronic low back pain. Let’s look at cognitive functional therapy!
