As one of Barrie’s respected, community-rooted clinics, our team takes an integrated systems-based approach that combines orthopaedic manual therapy, advanced movement analysis, acupuncture/dry needling, and strength-based rehabilitation to help clients recover faster and perform better.

We’re expanding and have an immediate opening for a Registered Physiotherapist with a passion for orthopaedics and performance who’s ready to step into an established caseload and thrive in a collaborative, learning-driven environment.

Who You Are
– Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
– Minimum 2 years of orthopaedic, sports, or performance rehabilitation experience
– Skilled in manual therapy and clinical reasoning (Level 2 or 3 ortho manual therapy training an asset)
– Certified or interested in acupuncture and/or dry needling
– Confident in exercise prescription, load management, and patient education
– Motivated to grow clinically and contribute to an innovative, interdisciplinary team

What You’ll Do
– Deliver 1-on-1 individualized care (60-minute assessments, 30-minute follow-ups)
– Combine manual therapy and strength-based rehab
– Collaborate with our team of PTs, Chiros, Osteos, RMTs, and Movement Coaches
– Access advanced modalities including PEMF, Shockwave, and AI-powered Robotics
– Participate in mentorship and continuing education opportunities through our Advanced Movement Therapist (AMT) Certification
