$150,000+ based on existing caseload and percentage split

You’ll be joining a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, a fascial manipulation specialist, and an incredible admin team, all working together within a supportive and highly collaborative team culture.
About the Role
Varied caseload across all age groups, including sports and recreational injuries
Immediate access to a full and established client base
Ongoing mentorship and clinical collaboration within a supportive team
Full administrative and front desk support, including direct billing
Well-equipped clinic and rehab gym with mechanical traction, ultrasound, IFC, shockwave therapy, Acupuncture-stim, and high-intensity laser technology
Opportunity to build a long-term caseload and develop your clinical interests within a trusted, community-based clinic
Requirements
Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
Minimum of three years of experience preferred
Interest in pursuing Manual Therapy is considered an asset
Hands-on, manual-focused physiotherapist with IMS certification preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, relationship-focused team environment
