Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT), The McKenzie Method®, is now the most researched musculoskeletal classification system for spinal pain. MDT is a comprehensive assessment, classification and treatment approach to the spine and extremities which is based on sound principals and fundamentals that are evidence-based and when used correctly, result in successful outcomes. The MDT assessment process enables clinicians to reliably classify specific sub-groups and successfully match the classification to the appropriate treatment. This course begins with a comprehensive online session, followed by a 3-day live course focusing on the application of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the lumbar spine.
• Patient demonstration, analysis and discussion (real patients selected by hosting clinic)

• Examination and treatment: postural, dysfunction and derangement syndromes
