Course description
Welcome to one of the fastest-growing running courses – Real Running. Combining years of clinical experience with ever-growing evidence, Real Running is a practical, evidence-informed program designed to elevate your skills in assessing, treating, and guiding runners of all levels. Whether you’re new to working with runners or looking to sharpen your clinical decision-making, this course offers a clear, structured approach to treating the runner in front of you.
Through gait analysis and a step-by-step return-to-run framework, you’ll gain the confidence to manage common running injuries, reduce re-injury risk, and improve performance outcomes, all while staying grounded in clinical reasoning.
Running is a speciality. It’s time we started giving it the attention it deserves.
Upon registration you will immediately receive access to approximately 8hrs of online material which is a standalone course itself. In addition, you will be able to attend one of our in-person labs with new content and honing of such skills as gait analysis, objective assessment of runners, building a return to run plan, coaching, and caseload management.
