“The AIM program has been foundational in shaping the clinician I am today. Across Levels 1 through 3, I have strengthened my assessment, manual therapy, and clinical reasoning skills, allowing me to move beyond protocols toward truly individualized, evidence-informed care. The program has pushed me to think differently, stay curious, and integrate reflective practice into every patient encounter.

As a physiotherapist practicing in private practice and as a researcher focused on advancing physiotherapy education, the AIM curriculum has given me the tools to connect musculoskeletal expertise with culturally responsive, patient-centred care. This scholarship not only supports my continued progression toward fellowship, but also reinforces my commitment to contributing to the future of orthopaedic education and, one day, teaching within the AIM program myself.”   — Harneet
