In 1989 he earned his FCAMPT through the National Orthopaedic Division’s (NOD) community system.
Examiner since 2005 and in the summer of 2017 was appointed as a Chief Examiner.
Faculty appointment with the University of Manitoba’s College of Rehabilitation Sciences.
Has been teaching post-graduate NOD physiotherapy courses in Manitoba and parts of Canada since the late 1980’s.
He earned a Clinical Masters in Physical Therapy – Manipulative Physiotherapy Western University in 2010.
His 5-year tenure as Chair of the National Education Committee – ends in October of 2017.

Lenerdene Levesque
Graduated from Queen’s University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and completed a Masters of Clinical Science in Manipulation (MCLSc) from Western University in 2008.
She has an Advanced Diploma in Manual/Manipulative Therapy (FCAMPT) and has taught, mentored, and examined students in the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) Manual therapy courses for the last 22 years.
- Has been an examiner for the National Orthopaedic Division since 2004 and appointed Chief Examiner in 2011
- Recipient of the CPA Mentorship Award 2009
- Adjunct professor Western University MClSc (manipulation)
- Member of The International Federation of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapists (IFOMPT) Standards Committee since 2012
- She has spoken nationally and internationally on clinical reasoning and manipulative therapy
- Her research integrates clinical decision making and lumbar spine manipulation

 Andrea McAllister
Andrea McAllister
Andrea is a graduate of Dalhousie University and holds a Master of Clinical Science in Manipulative Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. She also holds a Diploma of Advanced Manipulative Therapy from the Orthopaedic Division. Andrea has worked in group practice orthopaedics through her career and is a Physiotherapist / Owner at East Coast Physio in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Andrea has volunteered with provincial and national Physiotherapy associations and committees consistently since 2000. She has received the Award of Excellence from the NSPA and was named NS Physiotherapist of the Year for 2013 by the NS College of Physiotherapists. She is an Adjunct Clinical Associate for the Dalhousie Physiotherapy school and teaches in the orthopaedic assessment and treatment labs. Andrea is a credentialed instructor and a registered mentor in the Orthopaedic Division curriculum.

Greg Alcock
Clinical and Research Coordinator, and senior physiotherapist in the Physiotherapy Department at Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic.
Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual Physical Therapists (FCAMPT) and has served various positions on the Executive for the National Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Adjunct clinical professor and lecturer in the School of Kinesiology and School of Physical Therapy at Western University; an examiner and mentor in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic level system; and a clinical instructor in Western’s MClSc program.
